MagicQR Not Working / Review Filtration Not Working

If your MagicQR or Review Filtration is not working properly, it usually means your Google Review Link is missing or not configured correctly.

Common Symptoms

You may face issues like:

  • MagicQR opens, but Customer redirecting to another google profile
  • Review filtration is not working

Step 1: Refresh Dashboard

  • Go to the Dashboard
  • Reload the page 2–3 times
  • Wait a few seconds

Sometimes the system automatically detects the missing review link and shows an alert.

If you see an alert like:

“Google Review link missing. Click below to generate and configure it automatically.”

Click on “Configure Now”

✅ The system will automatically configure your review link.

Step 2: Check the Google Review Link Manually

If the alert does not appear:

Open MagicQR

  • Go to MagicQR from the left sidebar menu
  • Click on “Links”

Check whether one of these review links is connected:

OR

✅ If one of these links exists, your MagicQR should work properly.

Step 3: Add Review Link Manually

If the Google review link is missing:

Follow these steps:

  1. Open your Google Business Profile
  2. Copy your Google Review Link
  3. Go back to:
    • MagicQR → Links
  4. Paste the review link
  5. Click Save

✅ Your MagicQR and Review Filtration will start working properly.

How to Get Your Google Review Link

From your Google Business Profile:

  • Open your business profile
  • Click on “Ask for Reviews”
  • Copy the review link provided by Google
