How AI Review Generation Works

The AI Review Generation feature helps you automatically generate smart, business-specific review replies and content using your custom AI Agent settings.

Before You Start

✅ Make sure:

  • Your business is created
  • Your MagicQR is set up
  • Your Google Business Profile is connected (recommended)

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Open AI Agent Section

2. Configure “AI Training Prompt”

The first section is called: AI Training Prompt

Here you provide information that trains your AI Agent.

Add details like:

  • Business information
  • Business services/products
  • Type of responses you want

You can also add:

  • Review reply guidelines
  • Content guidelines
  • Special instructions
  • Other business-related information

✅ This helps the AI generate more accurate and personalised responses.

3. Configure Keywords

Next, go to the:

Keywords Section

Here you can:

  • Type your own keywords
    OR
  • Generate keywords automatically

Example Keywords:

  • Best YOUR BUSINESS  in YOUR CITY
  • Fast delivery
  • Great customer service
  • Premium quality

These keywords help the AI understand:

  • What your business focuses on
  • Which topics/review types to optimise for

4. Configure Generation Settings

Now move to:

Generation Settings → Review Generation

Update the following settings:

Review Length

Choose the preferred review size:

  • Short
  • Medium
  • Long

Status

Set the feature to:

✅ Enable / ON

5. Save & Update Agent

After completing all settings:

  • Click on “Update Agent” or Save

✅ Your AI Review Generation is now active.

How It Works After Setup

The AI Agent will now:

  • Generate smart review replies
  • Follow your brand tone
  • Use your keywords
  • Create optimised response content automatically
